Isotonik 7 - B3ta

Hi Everyone,

Isotonik 7 is now in development and at a very early stage, i'm basing it on the last couple of months of roadtesting of the elements i really used of Isotonik 6 and ensuring i can streamline everything from a speed and CPU perspective... Here's a few glimpses of what i've done so far as to a clue of it's functionalities planned....

It'll be a four track focused device utilising half of the Grid Launch buttons in standard mode with the other half dedicated to additional functionality over the first four tracks...

It's also going to have as much of it as possible left for configuration by the end user so it can be adapted to their needs as time progresses...

If you're interested in being the first on board when it's released then you need to be a subscriber to the Isotonik Template using the button on the right...

There are now three distinct products with APC40 users being looked after by Isotonik and Launchpad users having Octop4d, i'll keep returning to both and updating them as subscribers benefit from lifetime upgrades, in addition the Modul4r series which focuses on devices that can be simply midi mapped will continue to benefit from spin off devices...

I'm also hoping to produce something for Livid Instruments CODE controller in the near future...

Cheers
D

Might consider having an option to replace the gain so you could have a 4-band EQ :)

The beauty of it is that you can fully configure it to your own needs and swap the racks out for any you prefer, the loaded template is merely a starter point that works out of the box....

Hi D

Mate, this is defo the direction to go in... full customisable templates! Loving this

Btw. I've been off the M4L scene for a bit now, just wondering... is live able to record knob movements to automation lanes yet, ala midi? It's one of the reasons i never fully switched over to M4L as only way to record a DJ set was to record master out so not able to edit automation at a later date....

Hi Sunil,

The new version includes the ability to use live.remotes to get audio rate responses but also to record there automation in the track the device sits on, this then also means you can use dummy clips to effect everything in your set....

It's a long project but i'm very happy with what i've done so far....
